Take comfort in knowing you are feeding your family the Highest Quality Beef available. Our Black Angus and Angus x Simmental market animals are born on our farm and fed home grown grains. Our calves are raised on momma's milk and grass and roam our rolling pasture outside of Belleville, WI. Our cattle are finished out on our home grown corn and corn silage. You get a combination of both grass fed and grain finished beef with just the right amount of marbling to ensure juicy, tender steaks, with actual flavor!! Plus, you get the added bonus of knowing your beef is from a healthy, well managed source. (Our market animals are never fed daily doses of antibiotics or hormones.) Whole, Halves and Split 1/4's are available @ $1.65 per pound hanging weight of the carcass. Ground Sirloin is available @ $3.25 per pound. A ¼ beef will take approximately 8 cubic feet of storage space in your freezer (2’ x 2’ x 2’). We use Hoesly's Meats in New Glarus, WI for processing. However, if you take a whole animal or you and your friends join together to take a whole animal, we will deliver to the processor of your choice. Depending on the distance, a delivery fee may apply. You pay the processor for the processing and you pay us for the beef. Call us with any questions you may have. Our family has been selling the highest quality freezer beef for over 25 years. |
